A comfortable and spacious property in a beautiful, peaceful location with easy access to miles of traffic free cycling and walking around the Nene Valley lakes, but not too far from everyday facilities if needed. Kind and helpful owners.

Superb location, well appointed and equipped, however the description said washing machine which was not sited in the property and when queried with the owner we were offered use of their machine in an adjacent barn that was locked unless we asked for a key. The property has a dedicated utility room with a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and sufficient room for a washing machine!

Had a wonderful weekend break here at the Meadow view with my sisters, it was absolutely amazing.Maureen was so kind and welcoming and extremely helpful, always checking in, making sure we was all okay. The house itself was really nice and clean with super comfortable beds. Stunning location with picturesque view & lovely tearooms close by. Highly recommend this place, will defo come back here again.Thankyou!

Hollyhocks was just what we required for a friends get together. The property gave us lots of social space, plus luxury bedrooms all with en-suite. Although it was October we were able to grab some winter sun on the balcony with views across the fields. There are lots of walks from the property, plus a handy 10 minute walk across the fields to the pub! Would definitely book again. (Information on the heating system would have been useful and be awarethere are no hairdryers in the property).

Hollyhocks is stunning, everything is immaculate and we had a fantastic weekend there with our grown up sons, their partners and the dog. It was very peaceful with lovely views across the fields and good walks from the property.

We had a wonderful family weekend. Our hosts Wendy and Maureen made sure our stay was wonderful. Peter moved the BBQ for us and set it up for use. Lovely welcome basket, beautifully clean and great pillows. Directions given were easy to follow. Several lovely walks in the area particularly to the watermill tea rooms.

We booked Hollyhocks for two of our so sons to stay. One family has three children 13 , 10 and 7 - they really loved the house. The design of the property is very good with a large Kitchen Diner and Lounge looking out over the Nene Valley. There is a farm shop and cafe approximately 1/2 a mile away in Woodford where there is a pub and a post office/ shop. You can enjoy walks along the Nene Valley to a very nice cafe at Ringsted Mill. I would recommend this property for a relaxing break.
